How does switching between seasons work?
Every product belongs to one season. Flip the active season yourself, or set start and end dates and let it switch automatically. The storefront only ever shows products from the season that's active that day, so there's nothing to manually hide or unpublish.
Whose payment processor do I use?
Your own. Connect your existing Stripe or Square account and get paid directly. Your money never sits with us, and you choose whether to absorb our fee, pass it to the customer, or split it.
Is the booking fee shown to customers?
Yes. The total your customer sees at checkout is always the full, all-in price. There's no separate line-item fee revealed at the last step.
Does the booking flow redirect customers to another site?
No. Booking happens inline, on your own page, from date selection through payment. There's no pop-up, no redirect, and no different experience on mobile.
I run a small operation. Is there a lot of setup?
No. Micro-operators can sign up and start taking bookings on their own. There's no sales call or support ticket required to get going.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time, from your account settings. There's no minimum term.
